A Safety Director is a key role in significantly and constructively shaping business by drastically reducing accidents and insurance costs. Blume Mechanical, LLC has received accolades in 2017 from FFVA Mutual for a Commitment to Safety Award.

In 2018 and 2019 we received “Zero Lost Time” on our Workers Compensation and earned recognitions from OSHA and the Department of Labor and achieved Platinum Status with those organizations.

Our Safety Director conducts multiple safety classes for employees, including the OSHA 10- and 30-hour class, Fall Protection, Ladder Safety, Crane & Rig Safety, Equipment Operator, Forklift, and First Aid & CPR.

Blume Mechanical, LLC has maintained an experience modification (MOD) rate of .77 to .85 for the last 5 years. Having MOD rate below 1.0 is a significant advantage in our industry.
